Hands down, everyone's favorite post is "What is a Scrum Master?" It's easily among the silliest job titles, so this quick breakdown is meant to help people explain to friends, family, and colleagues who don't get it yet.

Since LinkedIn is full of job-seekers, talking about how to approach a job hunt using the Scrum Framework is very relatable. I think Scrum can be adapted to any work you're doing with an unclear path. This is just one example.

I answered the "How Do I Get Hired" question for people so many times, and I kept posting my answer as it updated with each new situation I heard about. Eventually I made this slick carousel, and it's one of my most viewed LinkedIn posts. The huge response spurred me to expand even further, and then I created my Video Course (button at top of the page) which now includes 15 things to think about.
